Pelvic Health/Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy:

 Specialized Pelvic Health Physiotherapy continues to gain support in the research literature as a first-line of defence against Incontinence and Pelvic Pain. Pain associated with pregnancy and post partum concerns is also treated well with pelvic floor physiotherapy.  Our Pelvic Health Physiotherapist has advanced training in assessment and treatment of the pelvis and pelvic floor muscles that can contribute to:
