Shockwave Therapy is an innovative treatment that is suitable for anyone suffering with chronic pain or tendonitis. Shockwave therapy is affordable, non-invasive, and effective, and it helps to relieve painful tissue and joint conditions. Custom and Generic Bracing

Medical Acupuncture and Dry Needling

Acupuncture can assist in pain management, help treat autonomic nervous system disorders and it can also promote tissue regeneration and healing. It can be effective as a treatment on its own, or it an be used in combination with other techniques and treatments. The World Health Organization recognizes acupuncture’s benefits in treating a wide range of health conditions.  When it comes to easing pain or helping treat ailments that have attributed to emotional stress, acupuncture is particularly well suited.

Dry Needling utilizes acupuncture needles to similarly penetrate the skin, but with the intention to stimulate myofascial trigger points, muscular, and connective tissues to improve pain and mobility and movement dysfunction.

Sports Rehabilitation

Our multi-disciplinary team will perform a comprehensive assessment your sports injury and set out guidelines for returning to active sports. For severe injuries or those that are not responding to treatment, our on-site orthopedic surgeons will be consulted. The orthopaedic associates facility includes a fully equipped gym to help you get back to full strength.

As a Physiotherapist with certified yoga training, Jen offers Yoga Therapy as an extension of her physiotherapy practice, finding benefits in treating numerous orthopaedic conditions, chronic and persistent pain conditions, as well as for those looking to support their own yoga practice.  Applying the therapeutic techniques of yoga to link the mind, body, and breath, benefits the rehab process, and can also be very helpful for sports and fitness success.  READ MORE>
